- All vehicles used by Tybros (India) Tours Pvt. Ltd are insured in accordance with local regulation however; Clients are well advised to obtain personal baggage & accidental insurance cover.
- The maximum liability on part of Tybros (India) arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable.
